A small river named Duden flows by Ms. Mavuso has been involved in many hospitalities and
tourism related projects which include being a Hospitality
Manager at the FIFA 2010 world cup, Judge for Master
caterers Free State, SMME training, Food and wine Festivals
and Woman’s Day celebration to name a few. Ms. Mavuso is a member of Woman in Tourism Free State. Ms. Mavuso is passionate about the hospitality and tourism industry. She takes pride in her role as a hospitality specialist and understand the industry demand for excellent
customer service and attention to detail.
Ms. Thato Sima has a Diploma in Hospitality management. Thato has
experience working in different 4 and 5 star establishment such as
Southern Sun Elangeni, Protea Hotel and Milner guesthouse. Ms Thato
is very professional and take pride in her duties.
Chef Ayanda Khumalo has 25 years of experience in the Hospitality
Industry. He graduated with Food production Management and Culinary
Arts from Birnam Business College. Chef Ayanda worked in various 4 and 5 star hotels Nationally and
Internationally. He worked for hotels such as Sandton Sun,
Intercontinental, Monte Casino and Palazzo to name a few. Chef Ayanda further travelled the world and joined few establishments
such as Royal Caribbean Cruise lines, Miami USA, Marriot Miami Port
and Jumeirah Beach hotel in Dubai UAE. Chef Ayanda is very creative and full of new ideas, he’s been involved in
different TV shows such as Soweto TV , Divine food flavours as well as
food network channel, a runner-up from chopped SA cooking challenge.
